Innovations
Reference vibration diagnostics™ for rotary equipments is one of pro-active approach for maintenance towards zero breakdown. A logical program developed under guidance of Mr Dibyendu Dey (reliability mgmt consultant) with collecting most thumb rules of vibration 3D velocities (horizontal, vertical and axial) how relates it’s increments with root causes of vibration. Remedial counter measures appeared automatically after analyzing the nature of 3D velocity increment matrix.
Microsoft excel is used here for ground level operators to put the few data of specified equipment.
